How will I receive my map/s?
You can choose to have the maps delivered to your email inbox as a PDF, and as a physical map in the post. Map data can also be delivered in popular GIS formats, please contact us for more information.
When can I expect to receive my map/s?
As a PDF it should arrive almost immediately. Please check your SPAM folder, or get in touch with us if you have not received it after an hour.
As a physical map it please allow time for it to be printed and posted. If located within the UK you should expect to receive it within 7 working days. Paper maps are delivered folded.
What size are your maps?
Maps are delivered at A0 size.
Can I print the map/s myself?
Yes, if you have a plotter. We can also print and deliver maps to you.
Can I buy an updated version of a map?
Please get in touch with us with any requests as we’d be happy to help. Our Exploration Performance Maps (EPMs) are updated quarterly.
I want a map, but can’t find what I’m after. Can you help?
